The operating principle of the Jiwei Fork-11 Tuning Fork Level Switch is identical to the standard Fork-11 model. It operates based on the harmonic resonance of the tuning fork, where piezoelectric devices drive the fork to vibrate and detect vibration changes.
In air, the fork vibrates at its resonant frequency. Upon contact with the application medium, the vibration amplitude decreases significantly, and the output from the piezoelectric device decreases accordingly. An integrated circuit analyzes this change and outputs a switch signal.
