Jiwei Vibrating Rod Level Switch with Excellent Reliability and Stable Operation in Shaoguan Power Plant

Shaoguan Power Plant is a large backbone power generating enterprise, a subsidiary of Guangdong Yudean Group Co., Ltd. It was founded in 1958, covers about 3 million square meters and has more than 1,200 employees. After seven phases of the project, total of 11 power generating units were constructed. It is the first power generating base with capacity of 1 million kilowatts in northern Guangdong province.

As a backbone power plant in northern Guangdong, Shaoguan Power Plant plays an extremely important role in stabilizing the power transmission network. In January 2009, the evaluation and acceptance of the project were completed. The company was honored as "AAA" advanced power generating enterprise.

Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch

Performance:

Jiwei independently developed Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch. It is based on a dual-tube structure and has extremely high reliability. It provides level measurement solutions for most of solid granules and powder under complex working conditions in automation production industry. At present, many Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switches were installed on silos of electrostatic precipitator in Shaoguan Power Plant. All of the level switches have been running very well since they were put into use. No failure has been reported so far. Because of excellent performance of Tube-11, the company has replaced all of previous installed RF admittance level switches for Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switches.
