Anti-Adhesive Coating for Tuning Fork Liquid Level Switches

Tuning Fork Level Switch comprises fork tines which are driven by a piezo-crystal assembly to oscillate at its natural frequency. The fork tines are typically factory calibrated and precisely tuned to reach a resonance state. The vibration frequency of the fork body is about 1200 Hz, with excellent anti-adhesive ability. Slight hanging usually does not affect its normal operation.

However, for extreme working conditions, severe hanging has a significant impact on the vibration of the tines. To solve the problem, Jiwei enhanced the anti-adhesive ability by coated a layer of coating on the surface of the fork tines, combining the high mechanical and thermal stability of sliding surfaces with the superior performance. Anti-adhesive coating for Tuning Fork Liquid Level Switch is usually made of Teflon, which is different from the anti-corrosion coating sprayed on the wetted part. The anti-adhesive coating is only sprayed on the fork tines, the thickness of the coating layer is relatively thin, so it has no effect on the resonance state.
