Interface Control Switch for Sediment in Water Launched

Based on the reliance of Jiwei's patented technology, Jiwei’s valued customer, Zhuhai Power Plant, requested a measurement and control plan for resin sediment interface in water treatment system two months ago. After surveying the working conditions, Jiwei engineers put forward reliable solutions to customers, and got customer approval. The plan adopts double tubes vibration type switch, Tube-11, engineers according to the vibration resonance principle successful developed tuning technology in water, and launched Vibration Rod Level Switch (Interface Control Switch) for water sediment successfully. After a month of on-site trial, the plan fully meets customers’ needs. This is Jiwei’s successful practice in customized services.

Generally, power plant utilizes ion-exchange resin method to precipitate the cation and anion to obtain effluent and circulating water that meet the emission standards. Sediment accumulation often occurs in the tank bottom of water treatment system, so it is necessary to detect, control and clean up the sediment in time. At present, level switches of some imported brands are used, but the working reliabilities are still low.
