Jiwei Vibrating Rod Level Switch First Applied in Hyperthermal Active Carbon

Due to the excellent performance and high cost-effective of Jiwei Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch, Tube-11 stands out among the other market competitors, and becomes the only appointed brand by a Hebei factory. The factory made batch purchase of Tube-11 for hyperthermal active carbon applications. So far, more than 100 sets of Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switches have all been installed and operated under good condition in PhaseⅠproject, which is the first application of Tube-11 in hyperthermal active carbon occasions.

Jiwei Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch

Active carbon is a no qualitative carbon that contains black powder, lump, and even granular. It is made from carbon-rich organic material in activation furnace under high temperature and certain pressure by pyrolysis conversion.


For active carbon, the requirement of the thermostability of level switch is high. However, general domestic level switches are unable to run reliably when temperature exceeds 250℃. After comparing technical parameters of rod level switches between Jiwei and VEGA, the factory found there were no differences of all performance indexes, and, actually, the price of Jiwei was cheaper than imported products. Jiwei Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch has high performance-price ratio and strong anti-hanging feature, importantly, the highest process temperature can reach up to 250 ℃. After the trial, the performance of Tube-11 exceeded the expectation of the factory, so the factory decided to sign the contract with Jiwei.
