Vibrating Level Switch Applied in Dezhou Shihua Chemical Project

Since 2014, Dezhou Shihua Chemical under ChemChina has purchased vibrating rod level switches, tuning fork level switches and tuning fork liquid level switches from Jiwei, which are mainly used in productions of chemicals, such as PVC resin, caustic soda, plastic and so forth. High reliability of Jiwei products gained customers’ trust and resulted in new orders made by Shihua for high-temperature fork liquid level switches in Dec, 2014. The high temperature liquid level switch is able to work at the temperature up to 250℃, its minimum measurement density is low to 0.5g/cm³, and has high reliability to work under harsh and complex conditions.

Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch, is the first made-in-China vibration rod level switch designed with double vibration tubes, which is mainly used to measure the level of granular and coarse-grained bulk solids of container and the lowest measurable density reaches 0.02g/cm³.

Fork-11 Tuning Fork Level Switch has high-sensitivity, it is mainly used to measure the level of powders and fine-grained bulk solids, particularly suitable for ultra low-density materials with the lowest measurable density of 0.008g/cm³. Fork-11 designed with wide adaptability and high reliability.

Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch, a high-reliable and compact size switch that dedicates to liquid level measurement, it is designed with only 40mm length of the fork body, so it can be mounted in vessels, canisters, bypass pipelines and output tubes of canister. Based on the design principle to detect the vibration frequency change of the fork body when it is immersed in medium, making Ring-11 is suitable to use in foams, air bubbles, viscous liquid and conditions with complex vibrating interference.
