From summarizing common faults of Magnetic Level Indicator, Jiwei combines clients’ demands to improve greatly the structure designs of Magnetic Level Indicator. The improvement of the sealing design of display panel, in which a plug type sealing component is applied on both sides of the display panel with professional sealing technique, and a bevel of the interface between aluminum surface and glass cover to make glass cement easy applied, greatly upgrade the sealability of the panel and make the protection rate reach IP67, which significantly reduces the faults caused by panel sealability. The widening design of display panel and magnetic flap increase the viewing angle and visual distance, and make the figures and scales become clear and eye-catching. In the meantime, the widen space is beneficial to the turning flexibility of flap. These designs greatly improve the reliability of Jiwei’s products and  make Jiwei’s Magnetic Level Indicator more suitable for liquid level measurement of outdoor tanks.
