Jiwei SIL2/3 Certified Liquid Level Switches Applied in Pharmaceutical Industry
In pharmaceutical processes, a large number of ethyl acetate acid raw materials are stored in the tanks. In this case, for personal safety, liquid level switches are crucial to control the high/low level alarm signals and to transmit the signals to control room to restart or stop the pumps as well as to open the valves. The tuning fork liquid level switches, or liquid level switches can detect the limit liquid level point and output alarms in time to realize overfill protection and dry run protection.
Compared with the traditional tuning fork liquid level switch, Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch has the following advantages:
1. With only 40mm probe length, the fork’s harmonic resonant frequency has been precisely pre-adjusted to achieve high sensitivity, and the vibration frequency in the resonant state is 1200Hz with small amplitude, so the vibration of tines can be hardly felt but in a stable state, and its voltage and power consumption are much lower and safer.
2. Ring-11 adopts AC / DC adaptive power supply to avoid instrument damage caused by false wiring.
3. Circuit board is sealed with glue-pouring technique, the instrumental protection rating is up to IP66 / IP67, so as to avoid the dust, moisture and vapor entering the instrument.
4. For relay output, two groups of normally open and normally closed contacts are provided for convenient wiring.
5. The alarm setting is consistent with the pull-in state of the relay in power-off condition. When instrument accidentally blackouts, a consistent alarm state will be output in time.
In addition to the above advantages, Ring-11 obtained the SIL2 / SIL3 qualifications by Instrumentation Technology and Economy Institute (ITEI).
