The JWrada-32 Explosion-Proof Radar Level Transmitter uses 80GHz FMCW technology with a 120-meter range. Certified with Ex ia and Ex d explosion-proof ratings, it’s designed for hazardous environments with high temperature, pressure, steam, and dust. Featuring built-in Bluetooth, it supports wireless setup via the Jiwei Smart Control app for remote configuration. With an adaptive echo processing algorithm, it ensures stable, reliable measurements, making it ideal for critical industrial applications.
The JWrada-32 uses advanced 80GHz FMCW radar technology to deliver precise, non-contact level measurement up to 120 meters. With dual intrinsically safe (Ex ia) and flameproof (Ex d) certifications, it’s ideal for hazardous areas involving flammable gases, high pressure, or dust.
Engineered for high-temperature (up to 200°C), high-pressure, steam, and dust-heavy environments, the JWrada-32 ensures stable and reliable performance. Its high SNR design, maintenance-free structure, and compact form make it perfect for chemical reactors, storage tanks, and other critical industrial applications.
Equipped with Bluetooth and the “Jiwei Smart Control” mini-program, users can configure and monitor data wirelessly. Its adaptive echo algorithm enhances accuracy by automatically identifying valid echoes and adjusting to process changes.
The JWrada-32 explosion-proof radar level meter utilizes Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology, with a working frequency of 80GHz. The radar waves generated by its internal circuitry are transmitted through an antenna, reflected by the surface of the measured medium, and then received by the same antenna. The frequency difference between the transmitted and received signals is proportional to the level distance. The collected signals are processed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the frequency spectrum of the reflected echo, allowing for precise calculation of the level or medium distance. The JWrada-32 is suitable for hazardous environments, ensuring stable and accurate measurement.
