JWrada®-34 Radar Level Meter
JWrada®-34 80GHz radar level meter with 58 mm antenna, Bluetooth 5.0, and HART protocol provides precise, explosion-proof measurement of liquids, powders, and solids in harsh, high-temperature, and dusty environments.
JWrada®-34 Radar Level Meter is designed for solid level measurement and complex operating conditions, featuring an air purge system and universal adjustable flange. Equipped with a 76 mm lens antenna, it provides excellent focusing performance and strong interference resistance, with a maximum measuring range of up to 150 meters.
It is suitable for liquid level measurement in steam and foam environments, as well as level measurement of low dielectric constant powders, solid particles, dust, and other challenging bulk solid applications.
Radar level meters transmit high-frequency (80GHz) frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signals with linearly increasing frequency through the antenna and receive the reflected signals from the material surface. The transmitted FMCW signal is mixed with the reflected echo signal to generate an intermediate-frequency (IF) signal. By analyzing the frequency spectrum obtained through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) processing of the IF signal, the signal propagation time (TDR) can be indirectly calculated. Combined with the speed of light, the distance between the radar antenna and the material surface is accurately determined, enabling precise level measurement.

- Featuring corrosion-resistant materials, a sealed structure design, and a PTFE diaphragm, it is suitable for liquid level measurement of corrosive media such as strong acids and strong alkalis.
