JWrada®-32 Radar Level Meter is designed for conventional liquid and solid level measurement applications. Based on 80GHz millimeter-wave radar technology, it features a 38 mm lens antenna with a maximum measuring range of up to 60 meters. With excellent focusing performance and strong interference resistance, it meets both liquid level and bulk solid level measurement requirements.

Radar level meters transmit high-frequency (80GHz) frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signals with linearly increasing frequency through the antenna and receive the reflected signals from the material surface. The transmitted FMCW signal is mixed with the reflected echo signal to generate an intermediate-frequency (IF) signal. By analyzing the frequency spectrum obtained through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) processing of the IF signal, the signal propagation time (TDR) can be indirectly calculated. Combined with the speed of light, the distance between the radar antenna and the material surface is accurately determined, enabling precise level measurement.

  • Intelligent echo processing algorithms support false echo learning, multi-echo separation, and dynamic target tracking, maintaining high-quality and accurate measurement performance even under complex operating conditions.
  • Strong interference resistance, capable of stable measurement in challenging environments with agitation, steam, dust, and electromagnetic interference.
  • Maximum operating temperature up to 220°C, suitable for high-temperature applications.
