Jiwei Won the Bid of Yantian International Big Project

After have tested different Magnetic Level Indicator samples for three months, Shenzhen Yantian Port decided to order 230 pieces of Jiwei Magnetic Level Indicator series products at the end of 2016, the products mainly are Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicators, which have different measuring range; and Reed-11 Remote Transmitters, all for the Longmen crane diesel engine and oil level control in diesel generators. Recently, all instruments have been fully installed and passed the acceptance test procedure.

Shenzhen is in a typhoon-prone area, and Yantian Port are surrounded by salt-fog, which easily causes instrument corrosion, plus Longmen crane exposes to the sun and weather daily, Magnetic Level Indicators with low protection rate are difficult to withstand the harsh conditions. In addition, the oil tanks of Longmen crane locate at high level points. The client requires data transmission and good visibility of the instruments. Therefore, the client lists widen display panel and protection level of IP66/67 as the basic requirements for suppliers to participate in the bid. As result, the end-customers determine to select Jiwei products, primarily due to the designs of the widen display panel and the waterproof sealability technology.
