New Product: Float Level Indicator Launched

Recently, Jiwei launched a new continuous measurement product for liquid ---- Float-11 Float Level Indicator officially on the market, and started to the old customer delivery.

Float-11 series are based on Archimedes Buoyancy Principle, the float rise sand falls as the level of container changes. Due to the magnetic effect, the reed switch of float level indicator is magnetically attracted, making the resistance value of sensor changes linearly, and then the change of resistance value is converted into 4mA ~ 20mA standard DC signal output to achieve long-range detection and control. According to different chemical properties of liquid, products made by different materials can be selected to match; for different liquid density, different float balls can be selected to reach optimal measurement accuracy.

Float-11 series adopt imported plastic reed, and is designed with unique process details. To ensure all products have high reliability, the production process and quality inspection are being strictly controlled. Compared to the same instruments of other famous rival brands, Jiwei Float-11 Level Indicator has the following advantages:

● Imported plastic reed is used, has longer service life.

● Bright LED display header, can be installed horizontally or vertically, convenient observation for variety occasions.

● Certificated with both Flame-proof (Ex d IIC T6) and Intrinsic Safety (Ex ia IIC T6).

● Unique sealing techniques, the protection rate reaches to IP66/67.

● Wetted part material is optional (304/316L/PTFE/PP).

In order to adapt to various chemical properties of the measured liquid, Float-11 series are divided into the following two types:

Float-11A Standard Type: Use 304 or 316L stainless steel, suitable for most liquid measurements;

Float-11P Coated Type: PTFE or PP coating for strong corrosive liquid.
