Fork-11 Liquid Level Switch Used in Composite Material Production

Lately, a Zhejiang composites company applied about 50 pieces of Jiwei Liquid Level Switch in the level measurement of composite material production.

The composites company specializes in manufacturing SMC (sheet molding compound) and BMC (bulk molding compound) used for a wide range of applications in industries, such as automotive, electrical, public transportation/railway, building, and etc. The plant of the company is designed with fully automatic SMC lines and BMC lines. To ensure product quality, the client pays great attention on the quality of level-measuring equipments.

Ring-11 uses piezoelectric device to achieve vibration drive and detection, the frequency of tuning fork reaches 1200Hz, and the measurable liquid’s density is as low as 0.5g/cm³. Besides, Ring-11 has strong anti-interference feature, can work in foams, air bubbles, viscous liquid and conditions with complex vibrating interference. Also, Ring-11 has been approved by dual certifications of Intrinsic Safe and Explosion-Proof (Intrinsically Safe Exia IIC T6, flame-proof Exd IIC T6), can work under the temperature up to 250 ℃, and certificates with IP66/67 protection rate.

Actually, few months ago, the client has ordered a batch of Ring-11 on trail, and finally convinced by its excellent performance. So far, all the Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches are mounted in the project of composite material production, the client now believes that Ring-11 is an optimal choice for the production.
