SW-21: a Compact Magnetic Switch with Explosion-proof Certification

Recently, Jiwei launches a new type of lightweight magnetic switch that with explosion-proof certification, called SW-21 Compact Magnetic Switch. SW-21 is an ideal accessory when combines with Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator, so that the Magnetic Level Indicator can realize the remote alarm function.

SW-21 Compact Magnetic Switch is provided with single-pole single-throw (SPST) type or single-pole double-throw (SPDT) type, and high alarm type (anti-overflow) or low alarm type (anti-rotation). The precise and compact lightweight designs are the most prominent features of SW-21 with size of 35mm in width and 120mm in length). The design has been applied for the national patent.

In addition, SW-21 is with dual explosion-proof certifications (Flameproof with Exd IIC T6 and Intrinsically-safe with Exia IIC T6), and the core component uses the high-power reed of international well-known brand. Besides, the adoption of 304 stainless steel makes SW-21 work reliably in corrosive occasion, and further expands its application range. As SW-11 Magnetic Switch, the Ingress Protection of SW-21 Smart Magnetic Switch also reaches IP66/67.
