From the beginning of 2019, Jiwei Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator has been applying in the level measurement of hydrofluoric acid medium of a new materials company in Hunan. So far, all the Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicators run steadily and reliably with no corrosive phenomenon happens and flaw occurs.

From its founding, Jiwei insists on providing high cost-effective level measuring instruments that rival the same products of international brand. In this case, the strong corrosion feature of hydrofluoric acid heightens the requirement of corrosive-resistance ability and protection grade for the magnetic level indicator. To solve the problem, Jiwei chooses 3mm-thick acrylic material for the display panel instead of glass, and uses polypropylene (PP) as the material of float tube and display panel, along with Jiwei’s unique design, the protection rate of Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator reaches IP66/IP67, makes Flap-11 be able to work reliably in the level measurement of hydrofluoric acid medium .
