The Ring-11 High-Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch, certified with SIL2/3, intrinsic safety, and explosion-proof approvals, is a highly reliable control switch specifically designed for level measurement of high-temperature media. In addition to its standard 280°C temperature resistance, Jiwei has pioneered an ultra-high temperature version rated up to 400°C, marking a leading breakthrough in China for extreme temperature level measurement.
The Ring-11 High-Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch is an enhanced version of the standard temperature tuning fork level switch, featuring a high-temperature resistant structural design. This is achieved by adding an extension tube between the process connection and the instrument head, which increases the thermal conduction distance and reduces the temperature at the instrument head. It also uses high-temperature resistant piezoelectric ceramic components and wires.
The working principle is the same as that of the standard temperature tuning fork level switch. It utilizes a piezoelectric device to drive and detect the vibration of the tuning fork. When the fork comes into contact with the measured liquid, its resonance frequency significantly decreases. The change in vibration frequency is directly reflected in the output signal of the piezoelectric sensor. The detection circuit then interprets the frequency change and outputs a switching signal.

⑤ Cover the exhaust port with the whistle, keeping the whistle’s outlet side close against the port wall. Gradually increase the cooling gas flow until the whistle emits a sound—this indicates the minimum required flow rate.

The fork body and process connection parts in contact with the measured liquid are coated with ECTFE or PFA, making it suitable for measuring highly acidic and alkaline liquids. The process temperature can reach up to 280°C.

● Level measurement and control in processes with temperatures exceeding 150°C.
