JWrada®-35 Radar Level Meter is designed for liquid level measurement of corrosive media and complex operating conditions. Equipped with a 76 mm lens antenna, it provides a maximum measuring range of up to 150 meters.

The meter can operate stably in high-temperature environments up to 220°C and is suitable for harsh conditions involving steam and dust. It adopts explosion-proof, dust explosion-proof, and dust intrinsically safe designs.

With professional anti-corrosion materials and a corrosion-resistant sealing structure, JWrada®-35 is suitable not only for liquid level measurement in flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive environments such as petrochemical and chemical industries, but also for level measurement of low dielectric constant powders, solid particles, dust, and steam conditions. It can also perform reliable liquid level measurement in steam and foam environments.

Radar level meters transmit high-frequency (80GHz) frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signals with linearly increasing frequency through the antenna and receive the reflected signals from the material surface. The transmitted FMCW signal is mixed with the reflected echo signal to generate an intermediate-frequency (IF) signal. By analyzing the frequency spectrum obtained through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) processing of the IF signal, the signal propagation time (TDR) can be indirectly calculated. Combined with the speed of light, the distance between the radar antenna and the material surface is accurately determined, enabling precise level measurement.

  • Featuring corrosion-resistant materials, a sealed structure design, and a PTFE diaphragm, it is suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, and other corrosive media.
  • With a concentrated beam and stable energy output, it is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments. It also performs well in solid level measurement of low dielectric constant powders, solid particles, dust, and steam conditions, as well as liquid level measurement in steam and foam environments.
  • Featuring Bluetooth 5.0 communication, the device supports wireless commissioning, parameter configuration, and status monitoring via the “JW Tools” APP, with cloud connectivity for remote diagnostics and management.
