The JWrada-33 High-Pressure Corrosion-Resistant Radar Level Meter utilizes advanced 80GHz FMCW radar technology for highly accurate, non-contact measurement up to 120 meters. Designed for high-pressure, high-temperature (up to 220°C), and corrosive environments, it features a PTFE-sealed antenna and explosion-proof certifications for gas and dust (Ex db IIC T6 Gb; Ex ia IIC T6 Ga; Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db).
Its high signal-to-noise ratio, maintenance-free structure, and adaptive echo algorithm ensure stable and reliable performance, even in steam, agitation, or heavy dust.
With built-in Bluetooth and support for the “Jiwei Smart Control” WeChat mini program, the device allows wireless configuration and real-time monitoring.
The JWrada-33 High-Pressure Corrosion-Resistant Radar Level Meter uses FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) technology, where its internal circuit generates 80GHz radar waves that are emitted through an antenna. The microwaves reflect off the surface of the measured medium and are received by the same antenna. The frequency difference between the transmitted and received signals is proportional to the measured distance. The collected signals are processed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the frequency spectrum of the reflected echoes, allowing for precise calculation of the distance or level of the measured medium.
