The JWrada-33 Corrosion-Resistant Radar Level Meter utilizes 80GHz FMCW radar technology with a maximum measurement range of 120 meters, providing high-precision, non-contact measurements. It operates reliably in harsh conditions, including high temperatures (up to 200°C), steam, pressure, and dust, making it ideal for environments like reaction kettles and storage tanks.
Its corrosion-resistant design ensures stable performance in chemical processes, extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance. The built-in Bluetooth feature supports wireless configuration and data viewing via the “Jiwei Smart Control” app. The unique echo learning adaptive algorithm intelligently identifies valid echoes, ensuring measurement stability and reliability in changing conditions.
The JWrada-33 Corrosion-Resistant Radar Level Meter uses FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) technology, where its internal circuit generates 80GHz radar waves that are emitted through an antenna. The microwaves reflect off the surface of the measured medium and are received by the same antenna. The frequency difference between the transmitted and received signals is proportional to the measured distance. The collected signals are processed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the frequency spectrum of the reflected echoes, allowing for precise calculation of the distance or level of the measured medium.
