Anti-corrosive Magnetic Level Indicator with F46 Liner Launched

For a better solution in complex corrosive liquid level measurement applications, an anti-corrosion magnetic level indicator with F46 liner has been developed by Jiwei. Thus, there are two liners available for users, which are F4 (PTFE) and F46 (FEP). F46 liner has advantages that do not covered by F4 liner, which are shown as two points following:

Firstly, the main buoy tube of anti-corrosion magnetic level indicator lined with F46 can adapt to a wider range of medium than F4. Although the anti-corrosion properties of F46 and F4 are similar, but F46 has better fluidity than F4, and F46 tube can be formed by melt extrusion technology, avoiding the defects due to the poor anti-permeability of F4 tube. Thus, F46 tube can resist corrosive medium with strong molecular permeability such as liquid chlorine and bromine water, and that is why F46 liner is suitable for the measurement of more types of corrosive media.

Secondly, the creep resistance of F46 is better than F4. For Flap-11magnetic level indicator with F46 liner, its tapered sealing surface between connecting horn mouth of the buoy tube and jaw mouth of the process connection in cross-link is made of F46 material, so the sealing reliability of process connection is improved because of the good resilience of F46 material, and the leakage probability is also greatly reduced, which prolong the service life of Jiwei magnetic level indicator.
