SW-11 Magnetic Switch

SW-11 Magnetic Switch is designed with a quality high power reed switch as its core component and full aluminum alloy housing. It is explosion protection certified for Flameproof Enclosure (Ex d IIC T6 Gb) and Intrinsic Safety (Ex ia IIC T6 Ga), which both are the highest explosion protection rating reached so far amongst similar products in the market.

The magnetic switch can be categorized by its output method as SPST type and SPDT type. By its application, it can be categorized as overflow or dry-run for liquid level alarm and protection.

As the measured fluid level rises and drops, the magnetic float rises and drops as well, and when the permanent magnetic steel within the magnetic float moves close to the switch, it stimulates the attached switches, triggering reed switch’s status to change, and providing a signal back to the control system to realize the liquid level control.

The output of the switches can be configured with SPST or SPDT, and can be set as anti-overflow or anti-dry protection.

SW-11 Magnetic Switch is externally mounted on the Magnetic Level Indicator of Flap -11 series products to achieve automatic control and remote control.
