Panel-11 Indicator

Panel-11 Panel Indicator is part of Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator. We offer two types of indicators for Ingress Protection rating IP65 and IP66/67 respectively. A slight broader display panel greatly increases visual distance and viewing angle of the product. With larger scale and digits, Panel-11 Indicator appears beautiful and elegant outlook. The base of indicator is made of high-quality aluminum alloy profile, and the front cover can be made of glass panel or acrylic sheet. Aluminum alloy flap and Nylon flap are selectable for different temperature applications. Unique design of the end cap and glass sealing technology ensure our Flap-11 exceeds national Ingress Protection standard IP54 and reaches higher level of IP65, IP66/IP67. Furthermore, the innovative design of flaps and the magnetic coupling system greatly improves the reliability of magnetic coupling and avoids flaps being mistakenly flipped to result false level reading. Three utility patents (patent NO. ZL201621183730.0、ZL201621192459.7 and ZL201721092126.1) have been granted for Panel-11 Indicator.

Panel-11  Indicator is used with Flap-11 series Magnetic Level Indicator. Panel-11 Indicator consists of many magnetic flaps, which are placed on the rail at a certain distance according to the N-S Law to form a stable magnetic system. When there is no external magnetic field, the flaps mutually attract to each other integrally. When the magnetic float rises and falls with the liquid level, the magnetic flaps then fliped by the external magnetic field , thus indicating the level situation.
